The smallest stadium in this year’s premiere on the Kaliningrad stadium, built in the Octabrosikot region. It stand on the banks of the Pigeon Gola River in Russia. In the meantime, the construction work was closed due to the budget constraints. As a result, due to be completed in 2017, it is delayed. The government of Russia blames the stadium designing company. At first, 35 thousand visitors were designed according to capacity but later changed to 45 thousand.
